About Mike Baxter
Construction experience built from the ground up.
Mike Baxter has been around construction since 1992, learning the trade at a young age from skilled craftsmen in Washington. That early foundation shaped the way he still approaches every project today: with pride, patience, and attention to detail.
Over the years, Mike gained experience across nearly every side of construction, including leadership experience working his way up through the ranks at Enclos to become a superintendent. That background gives BFC the ability to look at a project from both the craftsman’s perspective and the project leader’s perspective.
Today, Mike has planted roots in Central Indiana, where he and his wife raised their family of five. Baxter Family Construction combines that professional experience with family-owned values, serving homeowners and businesses who want quality work done right.
